Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration

When registering a 1xjili account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1xjili login credentials, including your password and OTP codes. 1xjili will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs because of your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not share your 1xjili password with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of 1xjili on shared devices immediately after each session.
• Contact 1xjili support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You must notify 1xjili promptly if any of your registered details change, including your mobile number or payment accounts.

1xjili may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any point. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no fixed maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, but large withdrawals may require additional identity verification.

• 1xjili does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside 1xjili's control and are not reimbursable.

The following general rules apply to all 1xjili bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) must be bet before a withdrawal of funds derived from the bonus can be requested.
• Game contribution: Not all games at 1xjili contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute at 100% of the bet amount. Slot games typically contribute at 100%. Live baccarat and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used or withdrawn within the expiry window will be forfeited automatically.

• Amendment or withdrawal: 1xjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including after a bonus has been claimed, where there is evidence of abuse or technical error affecting the promotion.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets available at 1xjili, including PBA, NBA, MMA, and virtual sports:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until 1xjili has issued an on-screen acceptance confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets that are placed but not confirmed — for example, due to a connectivity failure or odds change — are not valid.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. Where odds change between the time you initiate a bet and the time 1xjili processes it, the bet will either be re-offered at the new odds (for a defined acceptance window) or returned to you unplaced.
• Postponed and cancelled events: Bets on postponed events will be voided and stakes returned if the event does not start within 36 hours of the original scheduled start time. Bets on cancelled events are automatically voided.
• Abandoned events: If an event is abandoned after it has started, bets will be settled on the official result if a result has been declared by the governing body. Where no official result exists, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are final once accepted. Claims that a bet was placed in error are not accepted as grounds for cancellation of live bets.
• Obvious errors: Where odds are published due to a manifest technical or human error (for example, a decimal point error resulting in odds of 100.00 where 1.00 was intended), 1xjili reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds regardless of whether the event has been settled.

• Game results are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems within the game software. 1xjili does not have the ability to alter game outcomes.

Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 1xjili. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and deception: Providing false personal information, using falsified documents for KYC, or deliberately misrepresenting your identity or the source of your funds.
• Money laundering: Using 1xjili to process, transfer, or disguise funds derived from criminal activity. 1xjili is legally obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including sharing hole cards in poker formats or deliberately losing to a partner account.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a systematic or coordinated manner that is inconsistent with legitimate recreational gaming, including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated bonus hunting across accounts.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the 1xjili platform in place of or in addition to normal manual interaction.

Account Suspension & Termination

1xjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.

Upon permanent account closure, any balance in the account (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification.

If you do not agree with proposed amendments, you may close your account before the changes take effect and withdraw any remaining balance. Your ability to withdraw a balance is not affected by your decision not to accept amended Terms.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within 30 days, it may be referred to mediation before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. The parties agree that Philippine courts shall have jurisdiction over any legal dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.
